This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) are, which ones the TecStorm website uses, and how you can control them.
It complements our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we collect, use and protect personal data — for example, the data you provide when you create an account or apply to TecStorm.
1. What Are Cookies and Local Storage?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information between visits, such as whether you are signed in. Local storage works similarly, but the data stays only in your browser and is not sent back to us with every request.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary: required for the website to work, such as keeping you signed in or remembering your cookie choice. These do not require your consent and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics: help us understand how people find and use the website, through Google Analytics. These are only set if you accept them, and refusing them does not affect your use of the website.

Data collected by Google Analytics is kept for 14 months. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited; for more on how Google processes this data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Managing Your Preferences
You can accept or reject analytics cookies, and change your mind at any time, through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser.
You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect strictly necessary cookies too, which could sign you out or reset preferences on this and other websites.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new cookie or service provider. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest update.
